The huge Columbia City Cemetery is in the background. I have no idea what this building was back in Jack and Oliver's day, but I intend to find out; I suspect it was probably a doctor's home/office. I'm inclined to say it was possibly the local creamery. The loading docks on the 'porch', block walls, windows high in the walls of the first floor so things could be stacked against the walls.
