are the lift arms the same size?

On the splined shaft that goes thru the lift arm housing?? I think so. The lift arms are not the same on a 200/7000.

sorry about that ,  i was meaning the lower three point arms with the extenable link end , or maybe called draft link assembley

Draft arms. Interchangeable? Yes. Identical?? probably not. From 1961 on the first D-19 until the last 200 in 1976 there were a couple of small changes.
