My starter is at a shop getting the lug replaced with a threaded lug. I'm going to use a push button start and solenoid. Question is where do you mount the solenoid and the push button? Unlike the B's and C's there is no metal tool box in that area. If someone has a pic or a diagram that would be nice. Thanks ------------- Everything is impossible until someone does it! On my WC that I did the same conversion to, I “hid” the solenoid inside the headlight mounting pan under the gas tank. Years ago I converted an Autolite starter for my C and the shop mounted a small cylindrical shaped solenoid right on the starter using the tapped holes that held the original mechanical switch. ------------- HANSEN'S OLD ORANGE IRON.
