If you have to repair it check out Lincoln Ferroweld rods - example https://ramweldingsupply.com/p/lincoln-electric-1-8-ferroweld-arc-rods/" rel="nofollow - https://ramweldingsupply.com/p/lincoln-electric-1-8-ferroweld-arc-rods/ They must be the wrong side of environmentalism as they seem to be hard to find on Oz. However a neighbour has a supply and has done some amazing repairs/rebuilds for me. Not a feature you'd be looking for here but they rust for where that is of finished detail importance

| Best thing AFTER weld it up (I use Nickel rod) is Rosebud heat the entire welded areas to a light red, allow to cool SLOWLY on its own |
