you should be traveling 6 mph or a little more... so 35- 40 miles would be a good guess... take an extra gallon jug next to you on the seat if your close..... i actually thought the tank was a little bigger than that, but i have not measure it.. Stand tube inside would change USABLE gas.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

The tank is larger than 6 gallons,  The manual says; 13 gallons. However I do believe it is actually a little bit less.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

A 5-gallon can of gas doesn't fill my Model C even halfway. Same tank as a standard Model B.

I cannot imagine sitting on that thing long enough to run it out of gas! LOL

over the years, "MOST" equipment was designed to run an 8 hour shift... Your burning 1 gph at road speed.. If you were plowing you might burn 1.5 gallons an hour ?  Again, i have not measured, but i would think the tank was "designed" to hold around 12 gallons.

My 'Tractor Specs Chart' shows a 'B' and 'CA' at 13 gal and 'C' at 12 gal.

We had a neighbor who used his B to cut hay with an old horse drawn mower. He didn't have a skid tank, so he would go up to our neighborhood gas station in the morning and fill the tractor to about a couple inches from the top of the tank. He explained that the cool gas coming out of the underground tank would expand faster than he burned it on a hot day.
