And last Night.

Went to Tax Accountant yesterday, even dropped off some things at Grand Nephews home on route they can use, got taxes delivered for eval and write up then wife would NOT STOP, White Castle out her mouth insatiably.

So we stopped, a Once Per Year treat for Her and penalty for Me.  If not ever had them are called Sliders Here, Belly Bombers, Drunk Repair Kits, are several names for these.  Advertised as 100% ALL Beef, knowing includes heart tongue liver tail lips and udders, overloaded with diced Onion bits griddle fried and greasy.  Is NOT NEAR ENOUGH Tums, Rolaids, Gaviscon or Pepto to conquer the after effects, been gassy as a old horse on soured clover and ONLY had four of the $1 each 'Burgers'.

Still love the taste of them, just the after effects are unreasonable anymore.

Krystals in this area are basically the same thing, I call them gut bombs. Wife loves them, I do every now and then. Like you said……”all beef.” We can only find White Castle in frozen boxes in the grocery stores.

OMG, White Castle!!  We plan trips around locations with them.  Best burger ever made.  I've been eating them since they were .19 cents but they are not in ND unfortunately.  Minneapolis has them so we always go through there at beginning of just about every trip.  There is a couple around Indianapolis near hotels so we always stay in those hotels on our bi-yearly trip there.  The frozen card boards called WC Sliders are no where near the real/fresh deal!  In my early days, I could always down a dozen easily... now a days, 6 takes care of the crave, once for lunch and once for dinner.  Occasionally, breakfast.

Not a comment on the slider itself but the first time I had them
Went out riding in my brothers 37 Chev pickup, when I was around 15 , with him and friend . Pulled into White Castle in St Paul .
Treated me to couple from each or their 6 packs of burgers , as they sat there scoping out the drive throughs and others setting in parking area .
ONLY THING , brother had cranked out the windshield (opened it up) and they are setting with feet hanging out of the opening - then sharing a French fry at individuals they new as they passed by - via areal delivery system of hand launching .

My wife also loves White Castle, thank goodness the closest is 151 miles away.  I once stopped in when they were local, went for the six pack, took one bite and tossed everything in the trash, haven't been bothered by them since.
