Buford is northeast of Atlanta on I-85.  Zion Baptist church has this pull once a yr.  I was 2nd, David Powell with his Big Al  WD  was 1st by a few ft.  I had to ride my rh brake to much.  Sam T-Ga.

That 45D looks and sounds great. Is that a Gleaner cab on the sled?

Great pull Sam. Don't know how far away you are but hope you and the tractor can make it to Cumming Ga. this Friday/Saturday for their annual tractor show. If so, I'll see you there. God Bless.

Nice job, that is no stock 45 diesel, i own one , sounds lilke a turbo on there. I have pulled before and i know mine wouldn't do it in second gear, and i see you pulled it out of second.  Very nice job, do you know how much power that thing is putting out. I am impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!

David, I pulled the 4000 lb class in 3rd gear, I should have been in 2nd. This video is the 4500 lb. I was in second gear. Sled wanted to pull me to the left and I had to ride the rt brake to much. I needed a block when I started building engine, all I could find was a gas 262 from a combine, I used the gas grank & cam, org rods and head, so I am 262 cu.in. And it was around 12 psi boost when the frt wheels came off the ground.  I don't know the hp, PTO gear was in tool box with 1/2 the teeth missing when I got the WD, so I took rest of PTO & hyd off to lose weight. No way to check hp. High idle no load is around 2800 rpm. It's my Toy Tractor and I have fun playing with it.   Sam T-Ga.
