My WD45 has had a difficult time shifting. It can take some time to get it into the right gear. The lever pops out occasionally, but it is no problem to get it back in. I don't know if the problem is the shifter, the forks or something else. How do I diagnose this? Is there some place I can send the assembly to get it redone? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance! Jim

| Sounds like the tip end is badly worn. Can be welded up and ground down. Has been past posts with dimensions. I don't know how you find them. |

Chris, Sugarmaker has a bunch of stuff on this. I did a search, click on his name then 'search member posts'. Shifter was the only word I used.
