Hello All,

I was wondering what 3 point kit I have here. Looks to me that someone has hacked up an old Cross Kit. Been searching for hours on the googler for pictures of parts and can't quite seem to match one up. Perhaps it's an older version and no pictures exist anymore.

I can't even find pictures of worksaver kits anymore, Did worksaver quit making 3 point conversions?

Looks like the welder will be coming out to make repairs to this wobbly mess.

Just curious,
Dave

That's kind of a head scratcher, don't think I've seen one quite like that before.

The arms look like a set of " Cross " 3 pt conversion that I have on a D-17. Looks like they have been cut and a home made crossbar cobbled up. Yeah bet it is sways and wobbles.

Looks like a later Saginaw kit with a custom cross bar.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I guess I'll come up with some sort of a fix for it.

Thanks Again,
Dave

My tractor has the old style saginaw kit with a longer cross bar and braces on the lower lift arms, I will try to get some photos of it tomorrow.

It kinda looks cobbled together from some parts of other kits, possibly arms from another color tractor and homemade pieces. At my place any 3pt add on similar to what you have ends up on the scrap pile. I find the Factory type "wishbone" adapter and put them on implements and they remain there, turning them into a Snap-Coupler implement.
Hitching a 3pt implement is a good way to sprain your back and pinch your fingers. The popularity of 3pt equipment can only be attributed to a certain kind of people in large numbers.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.

If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY
