I think I may have a NOS piston/sleeve. I'll take a good look at it in the morning to see how it measures and what number is on the piston.

The piston is for a 3-9/16" bore and the sleeve is 8" tall. It has what I believe is a bowl for a gas engine.

-------------
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

The piston I have has the number 4513862. I don't know if the crosses over to your number or not. It definitely looks like a gas piston.

I will see if I can find out about that number and see if it crosses. Right now I’ve located parts but I’m always wanting more. Thank you
