Checking all the fluids in my tractor. The drain to the PTO released light brown compromised oil. The drain directly forward of that PTO drain (at the torque tube) looks like perfect oil. Is there a seal between these two compartments? If so, where are the most likely points that I’m getting contamination of the fluid in my PTO? I would’ve expected both of these to be transmission based and share fluid.
