I have a 200 that lost hydraulics and 3 point. It had milky oil in it when I got it and the power director valve and pto valve spools were sticking. I polished those up and I have everything but remotes and 3 point. I can move the traction booster lever and the 3 point raises though. Can I check pressure somewhere with the gauge?

Sounds like a plugged filter to me, have you changed it?

You didn’t mention that you had changed the fluid and filter? Milky means water has got into the system which is why you have valves sticking most likely. If you haven’t I would do that first before you start troubleshooting. Fluid needs to be correct, make sure you clean the sump screen.

If the power steering and Power Director clutch work fine, I'd ask if the 3-point hitch, when fully lowered, will raise to the top with the engine running wide open and NO LOAD on the hitch ???

Three point won’t move at all. With a gauge plugged into the remote there is zero pressure with the levers either. The three-point will raise to the top if you move the traction booster lever. I swapped relief valves with the traction booster and nothing happened. Where could I tee the pressure gauge in? I don’t have a service manual for a 200.

There are two pumps. A main pump (about 18 GPM) and the Traction Booster pump (about 2.5 GPM). Obviously the Traction Booster pump works, albeit slow, like it should be. If the power steering, power director and PTO all work, the main pump is at least working some. The power steering should work good with the engine at 700-800 RPM. Does it ??? If so, I'd be pulling the priority valve spool out of the rear section of the pump and make sure it is free to slide. Don't lose the orifice washer. The first 5 to 8 GPM goes to steering, PD clutches and PTO. As the engine speeds up the remaining 12 GPM goes to the 3-point and remotes when the priority valve spool shifts.
