Ok my 190xt runs but has no throttle response or power under load. Cleaned both the sediment, fuel seems to flow fine. Changed fuel filter. It will run just fine for a while and then act up agian.
Thinking maybe I need an injector pump rebuild after looking at old post on here. I would just like to work through it before spending the money. Any ideas are appreciated!

Vent plugged on fuel cap/tank?

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

That’s an interesting thought. I’ll check tomorrow as it’s not close to home. That would be nice

You might inspect your check valves in your primer pump. One of mine was clogged with debris since I removed the sentiment bowl screen. That's the down side of removing that screen.

There's a very high chance the pump is just due for proper rebuild. These needs serviced on occasion. The internal flex ring breaks down and the pieces plug the return circuit, causing all kinds of odd issues. Losing power and dying is the most common, but non responsive throttle is also common. I'll reply to your pm.

Ed is probably right.  He rebuilt mine 7 years ago.  Mine behaved very erratic towards the end.  It would rev up to full throttle and then die, wouldn't start, then it would start.  Had fuel leaking out of the timing window.  I have a post on here about my complete steps for removal and reattachment below.  It is not a big deal unless you can't see the timing marks.  Fortunately, my sons eyes were better than mine.  The other thing I did wrong was roll the rubber gasket.  Pumped diesel fuel into my oil pan.  Cleaned it out though after I drained it.

I just realized my old post is the number 1 non-paid google search article when searching for "190xt injection pump"!  Good luck and Ed will help you.
