My next door neighbor recently bought an old farmstead and is cleaning the place up.  He is going to part/scrap this old WD, which he  (and me) know nothing about.    Any parts in the photos are available very reasonable, and nothing has been removed since he uncovered it.  Hinckley, IL 60520   Message me if interested.

Actually looks like a WD45, but it's hard to tell since the shift lever is missing and it's hard to see the side of the engine, but it does have a distibutor.

There are some parts that people look for (distributor, drawbar, PTO, etc.). The sheet metal actually looks pretty good in the pictures.

That seat is not right for the tractor.

Serial number is on the rear housing under the left brake cover. You might need to use a wire brush to see it. If it's after 146,606, it's a WD45.

Hard to tell if it's a 3'' or 4" head. I couldn't tell if it had the side cover or not.

I can see the side plate and the short head. Pin hitch drawbar. Short fender brackets. WD all the way.

Are my eyes that bad or is the top of the final drive rotted away

Mag conversion, short head, low fenders, early tool box, early hydraulic rod, cast steering support, hole in the radiator grille. 48 or 49 WD. One or two of these come up for sale every week. They are going away fast.
