Ok guys I hope you can help me i got a 8050 Allis and why can’t I run to remotes at the same time I’m pulling a sprayer and I have the 1 remote in detent running the pump and I want to run the 2nd remote to run the booms up and down over terrises and stuff and when I engaged the 2nd remote it kills everything stops spraying and all! My 7060 ran 2 remotes all the time on this sprayer what’s wrong? Yes I have adjusted the flow and don’t help at all!

This probably isnt your problem if you have had the tractor some time. I got a new to me 8070. The hoses from the valves to the couplers were hooked up wrong. Caused all kinds of problems

I can't tell you what's wrong but the 2 tractors have basically the same hyd system so the 50 aught to do the same as the 60.

There is a set screw that will back out and cause your remotes to loose function.   BTDT.  My 8050 did that but had other issues so it landed at the dealer.

When i lift the booms up on the sprayer the pressure drops a little for just a second and then goes back to normal. And the valves stay in Detent.
I use the tractor valves to control the hyd flow to the pump and its seems to work ok.
This is a 8050 and a Best Way sprayer.

I would start by checking your high pressure setting at the tee on the pto valve, it should be 2500 when you activate a remote, if it is low and the sprayer booms need more pressure than that it will just destroke the pump and you loose everything. I have seen broken springs in the compensator, or it may just be weak from age.

On the valve stack, you will see three tubes with a little rubber plug on the end. Pull the plug out and you can put a screw driver in the hole to set the pressure.

Attached is flow control with pilot check assembly drawing. When higher pressure function is used on another remote the common passage shifts this valve towards closed and restricts the flow, trying to maintain same flow thru smaller opening but at higher pressure. Drilling face allows some flow to continue even if valve totally closes.
The screw at the end of the valve under the rubber cap does set the detent pressure at which the valve kicks out. It will not set the main pressure. It can be screwed in so as not to kick out.  Make sure the system standaby pressure is about 500 PSI
