I'm hoping ol shameless don't get his faced slapped too hard. We all know he can't resist pulling shenanigans when there's cute gals around, but seriously I'm a hoping he's having a great day too. It's been raining here all yesterday, all last night, and all today. I'm sure glad it ain't snow. It's just a bit above freezing here. Talked to my older sis in Minneapolis, weather is the same there. I was able to go to the nursing home and spend some time with my 101 year old mom this morning. She wanted a piece of fruit cake for Christmas. My grandson, the unofficial chief of the family made his first one yesterday. It turned out excellent, but expensive to make.

Pretty lazy day here. Taking g a break from everything Low 50s wind and rain. Certainly not a good day to be outside. Merry Christmas!

Sunday 50's light rain then temp dropped still rain, Xmas morn light rain mixing w/ snow temp below freezing. Xmas pm rain/snow mix stopped mid 20's and the stuff is rock hard 2+" deep on sidewalk.

Sure, glad most moisture came as rain while above freezing, most roads are good here. Haven't heard what it was like just west of here in s.e. S.D. & n.e. Nebr the weather service was predicting 12" snow & near blizzard conditions.

Today, Tuesday it's 58 degrees and cloudy, with sun peaking out every so often, but there are calling for rain and falling temps through the weekend with possible snow. so just enjoying the day we have.

It's rained here for the last 24 hours. Light rain but it's 26 deg so it a 1/2" sheet of ice on everything. Had to put my ice creepers on my slippers just to get out to the shop and get some eggs.

Light showers and drizzle with temperature in the high 50's almost all day. Lazy day for sure especially with the wife and our dog at our daughter's house. Left me here with the mother in law and her mutt
grrrr. Clearing and cooler tomorrow so I will get back at it or at least get out of here.
