Congratulations! Looks like you have two great rides. Great restore on AC EB. I’ve never heard of the 79’ HZ 202 6 cylinder. For 79’, guessing GM gave it electronic ignition? Any more back ground info on either piece ~ buy them new? Used? How many miles/km on Holden? What it’s hp? mileage? Got Air-conditioning or maybe don’t need it in New Zealand? What was the EB’s work/chore before you restored it? Thanks for sharing info & photo.

Hi all a little history the Allis EB was brought by my neighbour about 30 years ago and he got it home and dump it in the yard never did anything with it I had asked him 2 or 3 times about selling it and after 30 years he said yes by then the engine had seized and the rust had taken hold so I spent the next 3 years to get it to what you see today. The EB has Lucas electrics and a different steering wheel this one has a 3 point linkage I think it was made by Andrew’s and Bevans the local Allis dealer.
The Holden HZ premier was brought new by my father’s uncle from the local dealer in Darfield he was in his 60’s so it has never been raced rally or rolled it has 104000 km on the clock. The premier was the top of the line model but still had no air conditioning or radio but has power steering.

Kiwi, 104000 km is low (64622 mi). For what its worth, here's a weblink that list some performance of the 79' 3.3L tri-matic.
