Any one got a good explination for why I have to deal with refridgerent cans that have a valve in the top? My guess is that an enviromentalist didn't want the ozone depleted because I didn't need a full can at recharge and it would eventually leak out even tho 'corked". Am I close? Well the jokes on them ba$tards. I bought a 24 can case at wallys last Feb. Frist of Oct I charged both combines for harvest. Found 4 empty cans as well as 2 partials in the bunch. Had used 8 or so earlier so what ever is left. That's close to a $40 dollar hit! The do gooders need eliminated!

sometimes when I re-charge a system, i'll have one part can left over. I just as well throw it away as them valves on the can are worthless! they leak out all the time
