They are standard grader bolt pattern, i got mine at the local Caterpillar dealer. just ask for a 6ft grader blade edge.

If you search the forums, you'll find a post I made several years ago with a Cat part number for an edge.  At the time it was like $56 or something.

Just Google 6' road grader cutting edge. Not brand specific. Or check with local heavy equipment dealer.

Cat # 7T1633 - Edge-Cutting. My notes say it was about $64 in March 2021. Direct bolt on. I didn't find anything for the extensions, but didn't spend a ton of time looking.
