I have a Fr10b that as you use it the loader takes wide open throttle to lift a full load to full height. Unloaded it will raise with minimum effort. Steering is unaffected. Hydraulic fluid tank gets hot after a few minutes of use. My Manual doesn’t have a hydraulic schematic to show where the suction screen is located for the implement pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check to make sure your hydraulic fluid in the tank is at the full level where it should be.  Less than the required amount in the tank and system can result in cavitation of the pump thus affecting loader performance.   

Any  hydraulic leaks elsewhere in the system?

Fluid is at correct level just did a fluid change on machine. Master cylinder has recently developed a drip but loader was acting up before this developed.

Do a system pressure check and ensure your main hydraulic pump is not worn out.

Got a guy lined up to come do some test on it it’s just odd that it’s only the boom up function that seems to be affected by it. From what I understand the steering cylinders are also ran off the implement pump but it doesn’t seem to be affected at all.

Most of your other systems require less pressure to operate normally. When you race the engine you are increasing the flow rate but shoving this flow through the same fixed orifice. This increases the pressure but only while engine speed is elevated. 

You also could have a two, or three section hydraulic pump. I don't know your system at all so just surmising but flow and pressure checks are required for the symptoms.exibited.

This is probably not your problem but I would ensure the linkage is moving the spool fully

I've never heard of a model like  "Fr10b" - any chance it is "FA10b"?

Where the loader model would be FL10b.

If it is we have a service manual but it isn't at hand just now.  But what I remember

The steering is not run off the implement system and uses oil from the crown wheel housing

The implement pump is single element

There is a gauze strainer behind the bottom bolted plate on the hydraulic tank and a filter element behind the top one.  If you open them make sure the O-rings are good or you can get air leaks

The FR10 series were wheel loaders and basically a rebadged 345 series AC machine in the early variants.

No worries. I'd like to have a 345 myself which was 100% AC before the Fiat involvement. Good stout little loaders but couldn't compete with a Cat 920, or JI Case W-12 series. Parts support was lacking a lot.
