I am rebuilding the engine for my WD. During the disassembly process I did not keep track of the existing camshaft plug located at the end of the camshaft. Now, I am not able to find a new one to replace the old one. I have searched several vendors and either I am over-looking, or not available. What are others doing for replacements? Thanks KC  |

| Same plug from a 1934 WC to the 1975 model 175. An AGCO dealership. P/N 70910011. It cannot be flat. It is shaped like a disc blade. |

Got one from the local AGCO dealer when I did the engine for my 45. I believe they are a 'welch' plug. |

According to the Allis-Chalmers "Numerical Index for Standard Parts" , this is an Expansion Plug, 2-1/2" Nominal Diameter. That should make it easy to find at any auto parts store. This is the concave style, not the cup style.
