Split the tractor and replace the oil seals on the transmission input shaft and PTO shaft.

DSeries4 would you think I could finish up my fall ground before splitting the tractor. It seems to have a little more transmission fluid than it should have and the hydraulic reservoir is just off the dip stick. Is there anyway to equalize the oil by adding more to the hydraulic reservoir? Thanks in advance!

Run it in low side of PD should help. Put new piston ring seals and PD housing that ring run in when replacing seals.                     MACK
