Decided to change the AF and flush my system as it has been about 8 years since it was done last. Lucky I did as I found I have oil in my system. I assume the oil cooler is leaking as that is the most likely source. Really haven't noticed my dipstick level lower than normal though. Flushed it for a good while getting a lot of brown and black out till it ran clean.
Suggestions on what else to look for?

I would say you probably have it nailed with the oil cooler… a failed oil cooler is the only cause for oil in the radiator that I’ve seen, except for failed transmission coolers on other kinds of equipment. Technically, a cracked block or cylinder head “could possibly” cause the issue, but i have never experienced that. Now, water in the oil can come from many different places….

To me, a failed/failing oil cooler wouldn't have a "little bit" of oil in the radiator. If a cooler has truly failed, I'd expect a lot of oil. Every time you fired up the engine there would be 25 to 55 psi of oil pressure trying to push oil thru the hole in the cooler, if there is a hole. Oil in the cooling system would always float to the top and be right under the radiator cap whenever you checked the coolant level. Have you been adding any coolant lately ??.. because leaking sleeve Orings will put coolant in the oil (which would make your radiator go down) and also can allow some oil to seep into the cooling system !!!

Coolant level was OK but I don't check it regularly. Tractor is only used a few times a year. It was a fair amount of oil that came out when I flushed. Maybe it just happened? Thinking about rigging up some air on the cooler oil fittings to see if indeed I have a leak in the cooler. Engine oil and cap have no signs of water but I probably will drain it to be sure.

If an engine oil cooler is truly leaking, your radiator cap will start to vomit from being overfull. You've got fresh coolant in it now. Pay close attention to coolant and engine oil levels. Don't start looking for the needle in the haystack just yet. I don't think there is one.

Drained the engine oil and it came out with no sign of contamination. Dropped the oil cooler off at a local place to pressure test it, will see what happens with that before I decide to look further.

Oil cooler pressure tested to 80 psi, no leaks.

With that pressure tested good, no antifreeze in the oil pan, that only leaves the O-rings or head gasket? But with no antifreeze in the crankcase that seams to rule those 2 out. I would refill everything and run it to see if it returns. We’re the gaskets intact when you pulled the oil cooler off?

No gaskets on the oil cooler. It's just a Tube that oil flows into and out. Simply has two radiator rubber hose sections holding it onto the water passage tubes.

No chance the coolant system was ever drained and refilled with a bucket that may have had oil in it? Seen that a time or two around the farm. Any chance you sent the oil off for an analysis. You will pick up antifreeze with an oil analysis long before you'll see antifreeze in the pan.
