Somebody has to know what these threaded pieces attached near the spinout rim rails are for... I have no idea, and I always wondered. I'm sure they served some purpose in the tractors history. So I took some pictures while I was taking off the wheel weights on Dad's '52 WD. As you can see, I figured I needed to get the weights off before the rims break! I really want to hook up the model 53 plow sometime, but the tractor needs new rims before I try that.




Here are a few more of the tractor and the weights. I had no idea what company made the weights since all the casting numbers faced the hub, and it turned out to be Minneapolis Moline. MM 10A373 weights fit a WD quite well in case anyone wants to know.
