Second part number you gave is the plug for the carb drain - nothing fancy, just a 1/8 NPT pipe plug. Your local hardware store will have one - just make sure to get a brass one.

First part number doesn't match up to anything - I'm guessing you made a typo and it should have been 7404611, which is the plug beneath the main jet. That might be a little tougher to find, but certainly not impossible. Parts are pretty readily available for those Zenith carbs. Maybe give this guy a call - he'll likely have it.

Do you actually need that main jet plug/cap? I've rebuilt a few of these, never had to replace one.
