Hi I am looking for the ED40 main shaft oil seal 70725903. I can't find it as spare parts. Do you know the siez of this seal ? ID ; OD , thickness to be able to find it on different supplier? Thanks

And other question for ED40 specialist how to remove the seal to change it, I have split the tractor at the gear box. But no acces to seal a this level. How i can do this. It is part N° 2 I am also looking for the Bearing needle roller 70721936 , can't find it?  |

John, sorry your not getting much help.. The ED40 was not very popular in the USA. I have looked up your seal and bearing on line and NOTHING shows up... Go the SEAL REFERENCE site and they dont even list a seal with that PN... Im afraid your going to have to pull the seal and bearing, measure the ID / OD and go from there... Not much help on this end, unless i missed something. ... I did see an ED40 Group on FaceBook.... some discussion there might be helpful ... more people knowledgeable on that specific tractor. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |
