| It swings or bolts down underneath the straw chute to spread straw farther than the original design. Looks homemade. I don't see any paddles on it. Maybe it was for making windrows ?? |

Looks like its in the windrow position, like said, home made setup, looks to be based off the super spreader kit that Gleaner offered for the N series. That bracket sure looks like a Vittetoe Chaff Spreader. If that price is in Canadian dollars, definitely not a bad price if its a runner and you want one. 83 has quite a few improvements, and the big 516 engine in the N7 is way better than the wrung out 426 in the N6. ------------- Gleaner: the properly engineered and built combine.
