My Dad lives nearly 400 miles away so I can't give him a hand for a while myself. The 3 point hitch won't come down and I know checking the linkage adjustment is number one but if someone has had this on their D10 or D12, I'd be interesting to hear how it was solved. It worked fine last year so this is from sitting over winter. My Dad is going on 90 this year with failing eyesight, otherwise very mechanically inclined. If I can give him pointers over the phone I will.
Thanks for your input.

My nephew bought a D10
The arm that presses the spool for traction booster was siezed on the pin. It was pushed in enough to hold the lift up. We soaked it in penetrant and tapped it back and forth untill it freed up. Worked great after that

Thank you, I will pass this valuable tip onto my Dad, it may just be the case with his D10 as well.
