649T engine, hydro, runs great, tires all 50%. no heads, looking to get $2000 as the whole unit if anyone is interested, located in NW Ohio.

That is a weird combination of stuff. Square fuel tank,two piece windshield and the serial number plate point to Mexican built. L2 and the Allis engine though?? I thought that they were all L4s with a Cummins?
