According to my book it is a 53, 53 started with 112310 and ended with 124200 Distributor ignition in that year started with 123996

I just got the tractor from my 97 year grandfather he said it was a 54, but he wasn't sure. It doesn't have a dist.

He could easily have bot a 1953 model in 1954.

I was thinking on the same thing. He lived in mil. 10 miles were they were made
