Snapped a couple pictures of the new planter this year, been splitting the middles the last few years with my 12r vertical fold white after I moved on from the Allis 600 bean planter. The old XT really doesn’t like lifting it but did a good job. Had to throw in picture of it in the sun last year after mowing hay, just looked so good in the sun.

I’m not sure going from a Kinze to a White is forward progress.

Is that the white that folds to plant 30" or 15" rows? I alwasy thought that was a neat idea for a small guy to just buy one planter.

Yup 12 rows of corn then folds for 13 rows of 15” black machine frame basically

Can basically do that with any Kinze with pusher units.   Flip a latch on each pusher unit and it holds them up for corn or flip it out of the way the pushers lower for 15” beans.  Buddy plants 80-100 acres between corn and beans he runs a 8/15 Kinze.   Kinze offers/offered a simple effective mechanical metering system.

I'm very familiar with Kinzie. Ran a 2600 16/32 for 10 years now. Planted with it every night this week actually. They are good Planters.
I'm betting new they are more expensive new than this white becasue in you're buying all the row units and only using them half the time. The white you use all the rows all the time.

I don't know much about the whites. Seems like an interesing idea. This guy is happy with his planter. I hope it does well for him. Let's just be happy and enjoy some Allis pics he shared!

I run a 16/31 2600 if pic posting wasn’t such a pain I’d post pics of it behind the 8050.  The concept of losing half the width for beans doesn’t look very attractive to me.   Hard to beat the transport width of a 2600 too.

Hey Vic! How many remotes do you need to get that planter out of transport mode? Neighbor has one behind an older Case IH. I watched him once swing and slide things around to plant position.Wasn't sure any of my 8000's had enough ports!

Steve, ours takes 3 ports. You could do it with 2 if you put a splitter on.

Cjarosz, nice upgrade to the white planter. Which model is it? Seeing it has two liquid poly tanks up-front makes me think you’re applying a starter fertilizer? Maybe filled with water as a ballast for no-tilling soybeans in tough soils? One-Ninety looks great too!
Thanks for sharing your AC photos.

2 sets it has a small control box in the cab that “talks” to a set selenoids that acts as a splitter.

It has liquid on the corn rows but I really don’t have a need for it I don’t put out enough corn to justify the hassle I took the chain off so it wouldn’t run but it has a really nice 2x2 system with red ball on it,maybe one day if I ever farm more just love running the old 190

I don't know how much corn you plant, but liquid is pretty easy. Your local fertilizer company would drop you off a tank you.

It looks like a nice setup for the 190 and you can pull it.
I like the 190 too. Looks great. I'd live to have a 200 someday.
Did you get your planting done?

There's no way you would a 12/24 row Kinzie with a 190
