Heck I'm blaming the Chinese for sending them spy weather control balloons over here, few months ago. THEY'RE the ones you gotta be mad at !!!!

Wife's tomatoes in the garden DID survive the friggin FROST we had yesterday morning. I went and  turned the ponypoop to warm up with the sweet smellin hot vapours emittenating form it.

So... before anyone laughs too much... the Japanese sent 9000+ unmanned ballons over during WW2 with explosives and incendiaries, with the intention of starting forest fires in the Pacific NW.  It WOULD have worked, if a few circumstances were totally different, but they didn't result in success, aside for one killing a curious schoolteacher and several children who stumbled upon one unexploded in a field.  A couple of forestry workers found one of the "Fu-Go" balloon bombs in BC about a decade ago (my cousin was in forestry at the time, and he asked me about 'em)... We could consider that effort to be barbaric, but in comparison to the significantly more effective firebombing campaign directed by General LaMay about a year later exacted a significant retaliation.

At least the Canadian Smoke... isn't like Colorado Smoke... LOL

sure...blame us Canucks....
meanwhile, Mexico's volcano is spewing 'smoke and stuff' and NO mention of it..

saw a bit on CNN, and you could just tel that the moderator wanted to SUE Canada for the smoke ( health reasons and such...)

hmm, does smoke in air make it easier for rain to be made ?
does it raise or lower the temperature ?
seems no one's complaining about the 'bad GHGs' from the fires......

I haven't heard of any "greenies" crying about the carbon!!  It was pretty thick here all day yesterday. Visibility was less than 1/4 mile.  A little better today as the wind is from the east and blowing it away from me.
Problem with sending it to shameless, it has to go through my place to get to him!!

I think the Canooks just discovered a retaliation for somebody's snow machine.

GOOD News Jay.  We've had a couple/three downpours here today.  Don't really like the downpour but at least we've got some rain finally!  Things are greening up nicely now from it.  Why don't you start that thing up again and only run it for a half hour......  Maybe it'll rain a little slower softer and be a soaker.
