How do,

I'm wondering if anyone happens to have any parts available for the old Allis PTO side delivery rakes - the ones that can be reversed for tedding (either the #7, or it's predecessor which I think was just called the 'PTO Side Delivery rake').

In particular, I'm looking for some of the reel bearings. I can actually source the inner cylindrical roller bearing from Berliss if I have to. It's the casting that the inner bearings press into (and the 'U' straps that hold them in place) that I need.

I might also be interested in some teeth and holders if anyone has some; I can get new aftermarket teeth, but at $13 each they seem pretty dear compared to other rake teeth.

AI has aftermarket teeth (any dealer can order from AI). Their part number A-70511506. Other companies have the same teeth. Up here the cheapest ones are from Canada Farm Supply. Online places like Sloan and Herschel also sell the same tooth - part number 511506. If you Google that part number you'll find them.

I have a few rake teeth. You can have them for the cost of shipping. I will check and see how many I have. They are rusty. Send me your zip code so I can have the post office figure shipping.

Thanks! I'm actually in Canada - Southern Ontario. Postal Code L1A 3M1. If shipping is reasonable I'm happy to pay for them. The problem up here is all the cross-border nonsense.

I need 2 bearing holders. I appreciate the offer, though I don't want to take anyone's spare parts if they're still running one of these rakes. I may draw some of them up in CAD and see how much my machine shop wants to make a couple.
