Yknow... my wife has a Cricut... if I had a really nice, perpendicular frontal picture of that, I could probably make an SVG of it, and have it cut a vinyl mask, and spray it onto plastic... And I built a thermo-forming setup in my basement, I could convert the SVG into G-code for the gantry, cut a 3d pattern for the thermo, heat some sheet, and stretch it down, then paint it to make a lighted reproduction... ------------- Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest. |
