Milling/ machining videos.
I watched a guy build an X axis power feed this morning. His use of collet blocks was amazing.
I learned a bunch in a 30 minute video.
I’ve been focusing mostly on horizontal milling.
I have always liked Tubal Cain/ mr. Pete videos. I find him to be a great teacher on manual machines.

There is a lot of great content on you tube if you look. Over the holidays I was looking for plow day stuff and found 'That Oliver Guys' channel. he has an incredible amount of stuff about Oliver-WFE stuff.

I watch a lot of the IP engineering stuff there, too.  THere's a guy from poland who made a wood chipper or chunker, I may build someday.  I like the ones where they're making something outta junk, that's my style and price...Wink

Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.

The video I watched yesterday had a guy making a power feed out of a windshield wiper motor.
His work was awesome.
I don’t haul stuff to the scrap yard I haul stuff away from the scrap yard.
About 5 years back I went to a scrap yard in MO that was full of farm equipment. I hauled home enough blacksmith metal to last me 5 years. Time to go back.
