I have a problem on my WD 45 - It will not idle down, throttle all the way closed engine still runs 3/4 RPM. Happened all at once. Any idea of what the problem is? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Steve in Illinois

Sounds like a govenor weight came apart.
You'll have to pull the distibutor drive out to check.

could be the carb to make sure the butterfly is working freely. had 1 that  a screw came out and other screw was loose did same thing.
