Hey a’ll
So I get tired of puddles under my 45 hydraulic pump and decided to repaint the tractor as a frame down job, I had to replace the hand clutch and the foot clutch in the process, so I got all new o-rings and the 2 seals on the levers put in the pump and back together, I also had to weld the arm back on the lift lever shaft because it got loose and fell off as I was messing with it, now the lift lever won’t turn all the way. I’ve matched it as close to the AGCO parts book as I could but something still not right…
I’m completely lost on what to do??
I can get a picture if needed…

I have a lot of those pumps on the shelf. If you still need parts let me know.

I do have a few old pumps from parted out tractors (wd’s,wd45’s) but I think it’s something in the traction booster part in the bottom of the pump…

Ca pumps are considerably harder to come by as only about 1/6 as many made as WD WD 45. I had an extra but sold it.

Isn’t the ca pump the same as the wd or 45?
Or was it just the hold valve?

55, pretty sure they are unique to the CA, look similar to the WD pump but not the same. If I'm wrong, someone correct me. The valve might be the same, not sure.

Most of the parts are the same, but it seems the part that is broken is CA specific.

Yes, the traction booster linkage on the left rear side of the pump on mine is broke off. Doesn’t affect how I use mine for snow plowing as I use HOLD POSITION. I’d like to fix my traction booster though.

I persomaly feel your weld is not accurate or the linkage is messed up inside the rear housing like backwards or upside down. Compare it with your other used pumps you have.

That’s my plan, I might take that lever off the parts pump and put it into the good ( or it might be said broken) pump and see if it cures the problem.
