My late aunt and uncles estate will be auctioned on Oct 16th. The location is in NE Oklahoma West of the City of Vinita. Several pieces of AC equipment will be sold.
'48 WD, was running a few years ago and I'm pretty sure my uncles used it as recent as the spring of '08
'37 WC, hasn't run in decades but it has been in the shed, engine will turn over. It's a little rough. There is also a decent set of unstyled WC fenders available
Rotobaler, been in the shed for several decades looks to be complete Orange top but I don't know how old it is.
3 bottom pin hitch plow, it's been in the shed.
2 bottom CA pin hitch plow, Its been stored outside but covered, looks to be missing a few pieces.
Assorted odds and ends, tools and other stuff you'd find on a 2+ generation farm.

If you need more info ask away.
Farm will also be sold, 117 acres, house, barn, shop etc.

JoeC, That is a black walnut huller, ran off a drill. One of his early designs. Put the walnuts in the top and it would flail the husk off of black walnuts, cleaned and ready to crack nuts would roll out the bottom. I think that one is made from a couple of discs. My uncle dearly loved black walnuts and spent many hours devising ways to make getting them to the eating stage quicker and easier. His big huller ran on a 1/2 electric motor and would clean a couple hundred pounds in an hour or so.

Dad used a John Deere number 1A sheller that I had put an electric motor on. It made a real mess when I tried to shell corn for chicken feed. I don't know anything that would eat walnut hulls.

Auction is Saturday. I've kind of gotten the idea that I want the WD that will be sold.
Not sure why but I've got the itch to have it. Any idea what the thing would be worth from the pictures? It does not currently run, the starter is removed,  I don't know why but susptect it is bad. The generator is charcoal inside and most of the wiring is shot. The tires are on the poor side of fair.
It is a mag setup, the engine is loose and I'm pretty certain it ran in spring/summer 2008.

I'll be there bright and early.
I'm a short heavy set fellow with a full beard, probably be wearing a camo ball cap.

Found out they will be selling of the junk piles in the pasture. Trans and rear end for a WC is out there. WD mounted cultivator that is mostly there.

just a small sample of the "junk piles"

I'd love to be there since it's only an hour west of me, it sounds like a good sale. Thad, if you have time, swing by my place, I'm just 10 miles south of Joplin. We can see if there's anything off that B that you need. 417-291-7761 is my cell.

Just made it home with the WC and lots of goodies. The roto bailer brought $27.00 with lots of other stuff thrown in. I bought a belt pulley from the buyer for ten so he got the rotobailer for $17.00. I got the unstyled WC an extra gas tank and the extra fenders.I got the fenders for $12.00 and they are in great shape. I got to meet Larry from OK and had a good time visiting with he and his wife. My wife got several goodies so she's even happy.

Enjoyed meeting Thad and his wife
I let the WD go to a friend of the family. He got it for $300. I kind of kicked myself a little for not sticking it out a little longer after the buyer started it and drove onto his trailer.
I got the CA 2 bottom pin hitch plow that was bought new with my uncles CA for $25.
Also picked up a 8' JD spring tooth harrow for $27.
The 3 bottom plow went for $25. I'm not even sure if they sold the WD wheel weights, I wasn't completely happy with the auction outfit but it wasn't my call to hire them.

EDIT: Just looked over the sales listing, WD wheel weight went for $10. I don't know where the heck I was 'cause I'd of bought them for a good bit more than that.
