Does any one rebuild the hydralic pumps on a wd 45.  I took mine apart and cleaned it up.  replaced the o rings.  worked fine after the rebuild and just quit again.  No lifting power at all.

Sandy Lake AGCO dealer will rebuild them.
Have you put a gauge on the hydraulic outlet to see what it's putting out?

I rebuild mine and it took a couple tries but I finally got it.
I had 700PSI at first.  replaced o-rings and found a couple broken springs. Still only put out maybe 1500-2000PSI. I took it apart again and put a shim in the check valve, but only gained a little. Added another shim, but didn't change much.

I finally got a good used relief valve from Sandy lake and that fixed the issue and I could finally build pressure. Took off one last time to add a shim and finally got to about 3600PSI.

I was hoping Sandy Lake had a test bench for these pumps, but they didn't. So even if they rebuild it, you still could be pulling off again to get the pressure dialed in.

You need to put a gauge on it and see what you're really getting.
