I need to replace a couple windows in a piece of equipment. Anyone have a line on helpful tools and replacement rubber seal?

Current seal is pretty brutal, has shrunk and might be easier/better to replace?

Thanks everybody.
I dropped it off with my brother who knows a glass guy.
Thanks also for tool/seal clue.
Rubber seal looks like trim-lok one piece but I will check out Lawrence

Well I replaced rear window on backhoe with Lexan sheet material and used broken window as a templet to cut material .
On dump truck window I found a used glass but that gasket was worse than my original so I cut several sections and mounted windshield with those sections holding it in place , then used black silicone to fill in gaps and edges . Now it might sound like a hack job but on a 66 White 4264 windshield that when installing is from the inside install / not put in from outside, it was the easiest way of doing the job .
