Will the WD wiring diagram work for the WC, are they similar enough?

They are similar, difference being if you have magneto or distributor ignition. The WD usually has a key switch, the WC usually has a push/pull switch. Noticed I said usually. after 60 to 70 years anything is possible.

I may be wrong, but I don't think WDs had key switches. I have a 53 and it doesn't have one. It's just a push-pull switch.

I am wanting to wire the two head lights, a bullet tail under the seat to the light switch, a push button floor starter switch and a push button kill switch together, and then just the normal... amp gauge, generator, starter, etc...  The WC I have has a distributor on it not a mag.  Any help?

I have them both ways, although the ones with key switches are 1953 models with distributor ignitions. I need to get a new group picture, there are a few more now.

We had a '53 WD, curved gearshift, and it had the key switch and distributor ignition.  I thought it was the most powerful thing around ( proud? who? me?) until the D17 showed up.  I had to start over.
