Wish I knew how to cut and paste better but there is a 7040 for sale in Iowa City craigslist for an estate with loader and cab for $3,500.00. Don't know much about the model but that seems pretty reasonable to me.

Here is the ad. For $3500 I would say it's worth a look at.
