Year 2 coming up on rebuild.  Ready for the filters.  Second stage fuel filter that mounts to block and Luberfiner oil filter that mounts to side of battery compartment.  What an experience.  Thanks for all the help.

A Fram canaster on the left side of engine just in front of the dash was the primary fuel and oil filter. They took CP 1 I think it was same a Ford N series tractors and lots of stuff in the same time frame. Not finding any notes in my book and no parts book handy for the secondary filter. But I believe it was very standard on Detroit 71  series engines.

As for the Luberfiner on the fender that is after market. So you need to figure it out. I am thinking the Luberfiner canaster has model numbers stamped into them.

I bought a 2 micron filter and cut it down into 3 pieces - 2 parts will fit the filter housing as needed and other piece is thrown away .  The string wrap filter was used as a oil filter on centervac units in commercial buildings and also on some oil burner guns .
The oil and fuel filters I used were C 3 Fram for Chrysler cars of the early 50's

I now converted the old canister filters to spin on by making my own mount to hold filters
