Was talking to a friend tonight. He was telling me that when he sees something he wants he leaves the computer on so his wife sees what he’s looking at. He’s looking at some reloading equipment. When he told me that I thought that was the funniest thing I’ve ever heard. I once borrowed a battery powered nail gun from a friend at work. I really talked it up and Jenny got me one at Christmas. I thought it was a well thought out plan.

Little different here, last week I told the wife I ordered a cast iron waffle maker from Lehman's, she looked up and said, "happy valentines day to you."

That is the reason we don't buy each other gifts on Birthdays or Christmas. They go all through the year. It may be September and one of us will want something...alright Merry Christmas!! Works out well and has for several years.

She got a Polaris Ranger for Valentine's day last year and we're picking up up a Buick Enclave today. She is getting me a new compound bow when I decide which one I want

With any luck I’m gonna get an Allis Chalmers backhoe for Valentine’s Day. She will hopefully get a sheshed to store her ornaments. Need the backhoe to dig the footers and many other projects around here.

I bought a portable backhoe a while back. It's rather small, is run by an air cooled 1 cylinder engine, a lot cheeper than a regular backhoe, does not take much space to store.
