Does any one on here in or close to Indiana bend fuel injector lines.
I need new lines bent for a DC pump to fit a 7000 series engine
and need inside diameter to be 120.

Scheid or FVP are my 2 go to places. Unless a 1000hp puller, .093 is what I'd use. They will need a pattern though, so send the old ones.

AC used larger ID lines in the 7080  and N6 engines - seems like there was different diameter on the 8070 and late  series but the #'s have been changed to an line kit of which there are two.  Ed, do you know the 2 std  AC line ID 's ?

210/220 are about .078", some may have been .084 like 7080/N6. Don't think any of these style engines ever had anything bigger. The old 262 like a D17/19 may have had .093". Ironically later engines went to smaller ID down to .062" in the quest to lessen smoke. Nearly all the puller lines I sell are 1/4 X .093", and a few do run 1/4 X .120.

scheids did bend the lines for the dc pump on the 3500 motor but i now have a 3700 motor on it and used the dc pump since it is already turned up so as one might realize those lines wont work/fit the 3700 engine.
They made 120's for it they're just not right for a 3700 engine is all.

I can't imagine the lines not fitting one engine to the other with the same style pump. Are you referring to an early 3500 like original in a 210/220? I'd sure think if you had them fit that style, it would fit the later 3500 Mk2 and 3700. Post a pic. I'd think you'd have more room lol!

The possible monkey wrench is there were just over 500 "kits" sold to convert the AC injectors to Bosch which required a different line.

He must be going from an early 3400/3500 engine to a 3700 (Mark II).

Don't need 120 lines. Fond out they don't work on a A Pump. Bigger lines affect timing. Scheid will bend lines. Its best to bring the motor to them on a pallet! Fair Valley may have a pattern.

The 3500 motor is the original motor and it is a 71 with the dc pump.
I found A 3700 MK II engine to replace the 3500 and I don't know what year the 3700 engine is but it has a dm pump on it.It was a stationary engine.
It's basically a 7060 or 7000 series engine I think.
I put the dc pump on the 3700 engine and the 3500 lines won't fit the 3700 engine .Yes scheids can make them.
