Thank you!
For everyone, I am replacing my cartridge filter head to the spin on.
AGCO has modified the on line parts book, they used to show the original cartridge assembly, now just the modern spin on type. That means you can't see what you have anymore, or know what the old part numbers were. I don't like revisions to history.
So lesson, purchase the printed parts book (and other manuals) when you first get your tractor.
So now, even the Allis part number for the filter head shown in picture is superseded by a Massey Ferguson number. The new number points to the Massey Ferguson 250x tractor. 250x also has a few different filter assemblies in it's current book.

I once ordered a filter cartridge for the 160 and they sent the wrong one.
Since the picture is gone, you can get unsure (well, I can) about the assembly order.
There is a stack of rubber bits, cartridge, and spring. The spring sets the bypass pressure?

Ironically, the recent trend in the automotive world is back to cartridge filters.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

One more for you Brian, couldn’t find a part number stamped on the oil filter base.
