I picked this 1929 Model E up at an auction a few weeks ago. I have been knocking the concrete out of the rear spoke wheels for the last several days. Surprisingly, the rear wheels are in near perfect shape, I expected them to be pitted or rusted through from the concrete. I am just about finished chipping the concrete out of them, I should have the concrete knocked out with about 2 more hours on the air hammer.
I have already aquired a set of front steel wheels to put on it and am searching for the rears.
I only bought it to change a few pieces with my other 20-35 such as the air canister, (mine has the common dent from the wheel in it and this one is perfect), the original seat post and the hand crank will be swapped for the one on my other tractor.

I am going to sell the spoke wheels after I locate the rear steel.

Look s good. KEEP in mind that the round spokes are WORTH more then the Steel wheels. The short fender 20-35 and 25-40 wheels are the same .

Thanks Fred. I had checked into the value of the round spokes. I just like the look of the green 20-35s on steel. The only problem with the spokes are one of the front wheels has had some welding on the spokes.

Nice looking unit. That color kills me, is it that faded or did someone do that on purpose?

Leon, Its just a BAD paint job and alot of dust. It is actually pretty close to the correct green color (it just a bit too light of a tone)when you see it in person but the person that painted it shouldnt mess with a paint gun or brush.
