Hello Came across six bolts 1/2”X1” NC with a nylon insert in side of it. Came across a card with 246762 qyt six. But I see in parts book that part number uses a locking wire and looks like it has a hole or slot in head of bolt. Transmission main shaft retaining plate. So question is is 246762 a 1/2” x 1” bolt. And could the nylon insert bolt have been used it that application. Thanks

| Interesting. Thanks. So just a plastic insert. Not a hi grade bolt either. Maybe to dampen some vibration but that is just a guess. What model of tractor is it for? |
