My wife's cousin has this wheelbarrow that was at his Dad's place when he bought it over 60 years ago.  It was in terrible shape then and most of the original wood was rotted away.
He attempted to restore it, copying what little wood was left and imagining what the rest might have looked like. He couldn't "google" one like it nor could I.
Some old timer told him it was designed to be used as a wheelbarrow in good weather and as a sled (by turning it upside down) in the snow.
I saw it for the first time yesterday and had never seen anything remotely like it before.
How about some of you guys on here?

Never seen one like it before, but the explanation sure seems possible!
