  Friend of mine was cleaning out his garage and ran into a bunch of old farm manuals. He didn't know that his relatives ever owned an Allis but it appears they did. He doesn't have any connection to the manual so I asked him if he would sell to someone from the Allis forum that might be a current UC owner. It is in very good shape except for that little tear on the front page. Let me know if anyone is interested.
